ALL consultations are non-refundable & nontransferable $30, this is put towards your final balance.

PLEASE NOTE: For customs orders we do not rip off designs, meaning if you want a replica of something that’s from another designer you will not be serviced.

If you are using a photo for explanation or inspiration purposes that is acceptable.

WHAT SIZING DO YOU OFFER?

For ready-to-wear/ship items, the size scale will be represented in the description of the item. For custom or made-to-order items we collect measurements to make sure your items are a perfect fit!

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We offer 2-day insured shipping through USPS. DUE TO THE CURRENT ISSUE WITH SHIPPING, WE DO NOT OFFER OVERNIGHT FOR REGULAR ORDERS.

For ready-to-wear/ship items, they will ship out within 48 hours from purchase. Made-to-order items will have a time frame in the description. If you have a mixed order of ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, YOU DO NOT have to pay for shipping twice.

For custom orders, shipping will be discussed during the consultation.

what is your refund/exchange policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you are having an issue with an item you must contact us within 48 hours of you receiving the products. Please do not dispute the order with your bank. We keep extensive records of each order process.
