Who am I? Wilhelmina. A Virginia native. I began to have an interest in fashion at the age of 8. I always liked that people could use it as a way to express themselves and that it could create a mask of confidence even if a person didn’t feel like they fully had it. I received my first sewing machine in middle school and have been sewing ever since. I have participated in over 10+ fashion shows and held my very own in 2022.

My first brand was The Recollection Custom Design (c.2018-2020). This was the first time showcasing my talent. At this time I wasn’t all that confident in my work. Then COVID happened and I decided to rebrand myself.

The Recollect Brand was born on June 18th, 2020. The goal of my brand is to showcase my talent and feeling through fashion. We offer ready-to-wear styles and custom garment creation.
